-what is the verdict on sea
>vegetables? I read on one website that sea vegetable byproducts are not
>allowed but it did not say anything about seaweed itself

As long the seaweed is left unprocessed they are very a rich sources of
oligoelements . My favorites are dulse, wakame , kelp ,sea lettuce the other
ones that i have tried are tough to eat raw .

wakame when rehydrated taste to me like lazagna a real delicacy.
