I humbly disagree, my friend Oliva.  At least for males.  Superslow is a
very good method of increasing intensity while reducing impact on
connective tissue.  I'd consider it ideal exercise.

Agreed Jim, ideal for muscle building but paleo man didn't hang out and do superslow reps. Oliva(who does superslow periodically and hates cardio)
