I'm curious as to how many people experience this
"feast or famine" hunger ? I've noticed recently that
there are days when I practically have to remind
myself to eat, and then other days when I just can't
get enough food. My diet (not a weight loss diet)
stays pretty consistent, so there must be something
else involved. And now that I really think about it,
this "on again, off again" hunger has been happening
most of my adult life.

Anyone got any thoughts on this?
