Agreed. Just remember, I said there are exceptions. But I still stand by
my statement that, by and large, people with poor blood lipids who switch
from the SAD to a meat-based diet with healthy fats and carbs enjoy great
improvements.

In fact, the Eades recently took a random sampling of 70 patients from their
clinic and analyzed their lipid improvements. Here is the final verdict-

Analysis of the confidence intervals indicates that with a 95% confidence
level the data show:

1. The average drop in triglyceride was at least 137.1
2. The average dro in total cholesterol was at least 44.4
3. The average drop in blood sugar was at least 36.7
4. The average drop in the TGL/HDL ratio was at least 2.5

Personally, my TG:HDL ratio is great, less than one. If you could just
erase my weight, a doctor would look at my medical records and give me a
golden seal of good health. Life's not always fair, though. If he saw me,
he'd probably have a coronary and/or lecture me until the cows came home.
But in the words of my dearly beloved Dad, does it really matter what an
a**hole thinks? :p
