Thank you to all who have sent me congrats and nice warm thoughts.  I am
going to be sending out the before and during pictures come Friday.  I
hope they help encourage other new paleos like myself.  Like I said, they
are not pin up quality..  hehe  but you can see a difference in just 3
months. I will take another in 3 more months and send that one to all who
have requested the first set.  BTW, my hubby does not eat paleo, he is
stubborn,  but I bought him sliced beef hearts for Valentines day instead
of the traditional heart boxed candy.........  =o]
