"Atherogenic" means tending to cause arterial plaques.  "MUFA"
refers to monounsaturated fatty acids.

Cordain cites studies that suggest that peanut oil is atherogenic
despite being rich in MUFAs, which are normally good for us.
Interestingly, I have been unable to locate any evidence yet that
whole peanuts are atherogenic.
