Thanks Elizabeth - I guess that's what I'll have to do. But I am running out
of foods to eat. I think I can still tolerate turkey and ostrich but there's
not enough fat in those to eat 80% fat and 20% protein. I have tons of lamb,
pork, and duck fat here but I react to all of them so I am not sure what to
do. Maybe it doesn't matter if overall my body will heal with eating zero
carb. I know I have been able to keep my blood sugar much lower eating that
way - in the 80s actually which is really nice.

The link should work - I have been to Dr. Bernarr's site. Maybe it's just
down right now.

Kristina

Kristina:
I've had many problems over the years and only have been healed by eating a
zero carb diet. I also started eating pemmican over the last month, and I
feel like I've healed even more.

William:
Your link didn't work, did it change, or was there a letter or something
missing:

"This is also described as "Natural Hygiene" by Dr. Bernarr in his own
way at http://www.healself.org."

Thanks, Elizabeth
