Exactly right Rob- omega 3 fats protect against osteoporosis, omega 6 fats
probably cause it. It's just STUPID (not you Mary, the newspaper) to say
anything about fats without specifying which type of fats. Everyone knows
the low fat diet craze has failed and is over. Some people just don't seem
to be able to get over it. Just as unlimited soy oil causes obese mice and
unlimited fish oil doesn't. OILS AIN'T OILS.
