He said it is usually the lack of intrinsic factor or poor digestion that
leads to B12 deficiency.  The absorption occurs at the end of the small
intestine.  From what I gather intrinsic factor is genetically governed.
Don't know if citric acid acts the same on protein breakdown as acetic acid.
I think the reasoning behind the vinegar is the increase in stomach acid and
a better breakdown of meat, releasing the B12 to be absorbed.  The best way
to find out is to try it and test it for yourself.  I look at every claim
with a jaundice eye these days.
