HELP, PLEASE!!!

I purchased 2 pounds of tripe from the market two days ago and have not been
able to find a recipe for cooking it.  I did try before posting this
request.  I searched both archives.  I found many references to eating tripe
but no advice on how to prepare it. If anyone has a recipe (or even
better--two or three), please send them soon.  I want to prepare this before
it gets old.
