The way I make it, about 50% of the volume of the mix is cauliflower  
which is virtually devoid of calories.  I add quite a lot of beef  
dripping, so I imagine that the energy is easily 50% from fat.  I  
certainly don't think this food is in the same category as fizzy pop  
or chocolate.  Although on the other hand, it seems strange to give a  
4 month old baby vegetables.  But if she likes them...
