Canola is genetically engineered. It is more dangerous than safe. Search
canola and you will find some info that is not encouraging.

Bleu cheese's mold is made from bread. Grains are not paleo.

Isn't the whole idea of paleo to get away from manufactured foods?
Olive oil, tho' manufactured, is safer than GE oils and lemon juice is
paleo. These make a good salad dressing. Home made mayonnaise with fresh
garlic and herbs would taste a lot better than something bought.
