Howdy all,

Been on this list for awhile but have rarely posted. I've been
getting more paleo-committted over time and seeing good health
changes. I've been influenced by the Weston Price website and have
been using a good quality butter for cooking. Other than that, I
usually avoid dairy products.

It occurred to me reading recent posts that I should look again at my
use of butter. I tend to do a lot of pan frying as it's quick. I
realized today that using suet would be a perfectly good substitute
for butter and indeed it cooked up breakfast quite nicely.

So, what do people on the list use in general for cooking oil and fats?

TIA.

Todd
