Beef,

Grass fed beef is available in most places  only in
'September  , October.   And it costs a LOT!   However once
in a while some poor cow is killed  by a car.

If I offer to buy the dead Cow;  how long after it has been
killed will it still be good.  This will be grass fed,  as
the feedlots  have better fences!
