Siobhan,

The reason why it's ok with me is because eating corn-fed cow meat doesn't
aggravate my IBS, but eating corn or any grain rips me apart. I think that
the cow breaks down the corn as much as she can, gets damaged from the
proteins (lectins) she can't digest, and we eat meat which wouldn't contain
the proteins that are so harmful.
