Do you think it was too short in duration?

I'm a bit concerned about it.  Mark Mattson helped design the study so I 
would trust that he would have had say as to what duration would give reliable 
results.  It would be helpful to know what the meals consisted of ie low carb; 
high carb; mixed etc.  I don't like the fact that despite slight weight and fat 
loss, blood work showed negative changes in the one-mealers.
