How about: Did you think we were designed to eat grains? Are you aware of the
opiods in grains? We lived so long as H/G and so short as farmers, we have not
adapted yet. Are you aware that gluten "clot" in the intestions and prevent
proper absorption?

Maybe something along these lines?
