I don't leave until Saturday, and then I simply take the subway.

A bit too deep for a couple minute question/rebuttal. And allergies are
mostly in the "gluten" grains.

I like these. Eespecially the first. But what I was really looking for was
a comparison of vitamins. She listed a bunch of vitamins that the grains
provided and argued for eating grains for them. I really have to stick with
rebutting what she is presenting and not running off in new directions. I
won't be the only one asking a question.
