According to Barry Sears, PhD (paleo-influenced low carb researcher), 75
grams is the minimum for women, and 100 grams for men.

So, my question is - what is your height and weight?

PS Just for reference points from common non-paleo foods, a cup of
cottage cheese or a "quarter pounder" are both 28 grams, not a lot of
protein for a meal, and 3 times that is 84 grams. A 10-oz steak is 70
grams. Perhaps your math is faulty?
