Hi William and others;

I have been eating the Heartland Farms pasture-fed beef and it's very good.
I bought it at Scheel's packing plant on McWatty road just past Pakenham.
That way I didn't have to get up so early.

Their URL;

So far I have used only the minute steak which I have been frying and
cutting up and tossing on top of my boxed salads followed by a smattering of
walnuts, cashews and brazils (all unsalted and unroasted I believe). There
was no problem with it being frozen as we got back within 1/2-3/4 hour and I
immediately popped it into the freezer. The package includes sirloin and
round which I haven't yet tasted.

TTYL,

Marilyn
