Happy Friday!

Once or twice I've read folks mentioning that if they ate bigger meals
early on in the day that they tended to be less hungry in the afternoon
and evening. I haven't done this yet as I've pretty much spaced my meals
out evenly in size throughout the day.
Obviously, everyone is different and I might actually react to
this "top-loading" in a different way once I've tried it, but I was
nonetheless curious as to how others have reacted when trying this
approach. I tend to worry about going hungry in the evenings, which is
when I most often cave in (or "cave" out as the case may be!) and grab an
SAD-type of snack. Any feedback on size and content of meals would be
appreciated. Either way, I'll still give it a shot. Have a goo
d weekend!

Kevin
