Yeah, it doesn't sound good does it.. but try it and I
promise you'll think differently.  I made some for my
Dad and my nanny without telling them what was in it. 
They couldn't believe that it didn't have milk in it. 
So trust me if you like egg nog you will love this
drink.

In fact its the best recipe I've found in a LONG time!
 Something about the combination of ingredients and
how it is whipped in the blender and drinking it warm
makes it REALLY good.

Yup, good job!  By eating the way I do, I hope to
correct this imbalanced body of mine, and hopefully
reverse the damage I have done because of the !@#$%^&*
government's diet recommendations.

Even better if you are eating the wild ones, I'd think
you wouldn't have to limit it as much as you would
fruit from the store.
