Chicken breast, meat and skin, raw: .237 g tryptophan
Chicken dark meat, meat and skin, raw: .185 g tryptopahn

Turkey breast, meat and skin, raw: .264 g tryptophan
Turkey, all classes, raw: .268 g tryptophan
Turkey dark meat, meat and skin, raw: .222 g tryptophan
