I looked at a bottle of Canola Oil yesterday in a local health food store, which
said on the label "Contains No Trans Fatty Acids."

So, it is like any other oil or any other processed food, in that it depends on
how it is processed.   For example, you can get nitrite-free bacon, whereas you
can get vegetables that are drenched in 7 different pesticides...
