I've never eaten my free range meat raw before (although I do eat free range
eggs raw). What are the general rules for this? I think it's healthier to
eat meat raw, but what about parasites, bacteria, etc? I buy free range
chicken and emu from the health food store -- do I have to cook this stuff?
Is there some way that I can 'test' the meat to see if it has any parasites
in it?

Thanks for the help,
Justin Hasselman
