What was the it like when you stopped wheat and dairy?

Perhaps you fry them too long time - both salmon and trout can be eaten raw
but if you fry them do it in low heat and short time. Eat with peeled
grapefruit slices; that is take away the white thin skin on the slices. Very
nice.

I remember from my childhood and also from becoming a mother that there was
always great worries about giving young children nuts. Older people meant
that children got the nuts stuck in the throat and suffocated to death. They
didn't worry about other pieces of food. This is probably due to some
children dying from allergic shock from nuts. I believe that one piece at
one occasion is enough for the allergic to come out when you eat a nut next
time. We used to have little woods with hazelnuts in Sweden so I don't think
it is the processing anyway. Perhaps the quantity because they were eaten as
treats on Christmas.
