Maybe I could give you some of my fat.  Wouldn't it be great if I could?

I must say, if you were eating the SAD I'd agree with you on this.  But you
ain't.  There are sooooo many good fats that, even with modern agricultural
snafus, you don't have to worry about.

You're male, but here's an example.  A study came out less than a month ago
that showed postmenopausal who reduced their fat intake showed NO decrease
in breast cancer, none whatsoever.  Cutting fat did nothing to reduce their
cancer risk whatsoever.

Just a tidbit I thought several people would find interesting.  There are
several people on this list (like Rachel M.) who can tell you about
wonderful fats.  Why not try more nuts and avacadoes?  Although my guess is
that you eat plenty already.
