Hi, Lynnet.  I think drinking a small glass of organic o.j. with pulp is 
safer than w/out pulp.  Plus, I never drink it w/out adding organic cinnamon 
and I always eat a protein w/ it as well.

That said, I'm never totally sure I know what I'm doing.  ;)
