I got the book and so far it has been some excellent reading. Interesting
seeing some of things I have learned by trial and error but down in a
concise form.
Having lost 65 lbs. since March of this year I am a fan of Paleo but must
admit I do not adhere strictly. Great guideline no iron clad law at least
for me. Pleasant surprise to see the fat fall off so easily and in fashion I
will have no trouble maintaining for the long haul.

God Bless
John Willis

Subject: new book: Original Thin

A book "Original Thin: the Paleo Diet in the Bible and Ancient
Literature" has just been published. The author, Keith Massey, has
uncovered evidence that the Bible and other Ancient Literature
preserved a distant memory of this diet. From the Garden of Eden all
the way to the Greek Olympics and beyond, ancient people knew that
Man should not live on Bread alone.

See it here: http://www.amazon.com/dp/0984343245

It's cheap for you Kindle owners.
