Hi Paleopeople,
I don't drink anymore but I decided to make some paleowine.
I mixed some organic apple juice that was turning anyway with some raw
honey and let it sit for a couple of weeks.
It tastes pretty good. I was wondering how to tell if and when it is done
and how can I prevent it from turning to vinegar.
