I think the best fish oils are from Nordic Naturals. They even have one for kids. They
have many types of capsules, but the best product (and highest in DHA and EPA) is the
cod liver oil. It is very slightly flavored with orange, so it tastes good, with no
fishy after-taste or burps. Lots of research has/is being done with this company's
oils, and they are tested by an outside lab to be free of contaminants. I think it's
very important to be picky on fish oils, because they so easily go rancid and also may
contain contaminants
