Greetings everyone!

I've been lurking for a couple of weeks and I just had to respond to the pemmican question.

Read Stefansson's book Fat of the Land and you'll see that Ray's statements about pemmican are not wrong or overstated. You may need to go to the reference section of your local library to have the librarian order the book as an Inter Library Loan as it is out of print and hard to acquire otherwise. I now own a copy but it took several months to find. I got it on ILL from the library in one month. READ IT!!!!!!
