It seems to me that sometimes I hear that some food requires
cooking that I have eaten raw ever since I was just a raw
sprout myself; beets are roots! all primitives that I have
ever heard of except arctics, eat or ate roots. How did
the Bitteroot valley in MT get its name and Camas WA. I
eat raw yams one day- then the next day I read on this list
that yams need to be cooked! They did not make my belly
hurt!

It seems that a little more experiment and fact and thought
needs be applied to raw -vs.- cooked and less imagination
from non-raw food eaters!

I do not belong to the "raw food " only group; only to the
thoughtful group!

 Best Regards, Lorenzo
