I think it's called a swedish foot file. I use one in addition to a
white
foot stone, not pumice, but similar. In India, they use a textured
terra
cotta foot file. I had one long ago, can't remember where I got it,
but it
worked very well. A little lanolin cream applied after buffing works
wonders
(wear socks)
