I have found what I call SPIN (SPlit IsolatioN) cycle to be somewhat
optimal in that in seperates by 3 days upper and by 3 days lower
(ie you only use your arms twice a week. legs twice a week).

I have found no value in aerobics like you see done in one of
those classes. There is an aerobics class
going on weekday mornings when I'm at the gym.
I always wonder - why are these people doing this?
