I read a study years ago, so I have no source info, that stated that women
with gas stoves had a higher incidence of respiratory ailments than women in
houses with electric ranges.

I posted on another list that I didn't use a gas stove because my
neurologist told me that even small amounts of leaking gas can cause
neurological damage over time.  I have a neurological condition, and took
his advice and bought an electric stove.

Now I'm concerned because my post received a reply which said, in part:

..." Michio Kushi said that electic stoves create a kind of cacophony in the
food because of the ELF!"


I'm curious about what other paleo eaters are cooking on.
