11 acres, for one cow, interesting.
11 acres is 44520 square meters or 4.45 ha.

To compare:
One neolithic human of the very first phase (4000 bc, where
500kg grain was harvested per ha = 3-4-fold of the seed)
required about 0.5 ha (1.2 acres).

One hunter/gatherer in optimal woodland with optimal hunting strategies
required about 1000 ha (for 250-320 kg meat, long term sustainable).

Quite efficient, to keep these cows on the 11 acres, because so on the
area of one h/g you could keep 225 cows, instead of only 4-5 big game
animals, which would be available there naturally.

Do you know:

Is this grassland only?
If it's grassland, is it fertilized (as usual in all Central Europe)?

For many years cow-life is this? I mean, are the cows grain fed after some
time (to really gain weight) ?

Or is it necessary to grow some grain crop on this area which is
then fed to the cows?
