I did not have any reaction. I just realized that I had done something
I try to avoid; heating sugar and protein together.

I don't know exactly, but too much grain (in Sweden not maize, but
other grains) and to little rodents.

There are several kinds of sugar, and all carbos end up as sugar, so
I do not think that any-one is worse than the other, except that
refined sugars do not come with fibers and micronutrients.
