That's a good point, Maddy.  Years ago when I worked at Hoffmann-La  Roche, 
then the worlds largest provider of bulk vitamin C, they did a study  which 
proved exactly the opposite of what the posted study described.  We  all began 
taking a vitamin C table whenever we had bacon or something  similar.  Seems the 
more things change, the more things stay the  same.
