Anchell's carb list is actually Pennington's as Anchell's "The Steak Lover's Diet" is basically the same as the Pennington diet that was used on the DuPont Executives.

If the above is all gibberish, read Good Calories, Bad Calories.  :D

Three "moderate" portions of the allowed carbs is about 75g of carbohydrate a day.  The carbohydrate choice is to be taken as a second course - you're supposed to mostly fill up on meat.
