Not sure what you mean by "maximize" but I supplement 3gms EPA/DHA (30:20
ratio) and eat fish usually 4-8 times a week, though some of it is farm
raised.  Can't say that I've noticed any difference in the way I feel.

What are the names of the tests for EPA/AA?
