Hans mentioned that we do not take food (and therefore lectins)
intravenously.

True, but most people have a permeable gut and foreign proteins do get
in.
Otherwise we would not have any food allergies or intolerances. Our
body
would not be affected by any foreign protein and render that whole
theory
moot.
