Mary,
Problem is, I'm trying to lose weight. What other foods can be rotated in
that aren't higher in carbs? Vegetables, nuts, fruits, they all have
carbs. I mean, I guess it doesn't matter since ketosis is no longer doing
anything for me, but I don't know what to do next. I have tried quite a
few different combinations of foods, nothing seems to help. Given my
druthers, I'd eat plenty of fruit. But I don't want to make an already
worsening situation even worse.

You mention being sick of the same meats. Do you rotate your foods? It
seems to me that your body is telling you that it's had enough meat for
awhile and that you should rotate something else in. Mary J.
