Yeah I have read that one... but this is not really a complete list with details. I don't mind buying a book if there is a complete list...



Saying "Eat vegetables and fruits" is a little broad for me. I mean I have gathered through research the foods to be eating, but there should be a definitive list somewhere no?

This is a good one, from a family physician in Australia. Very good  

introduction/rationale, with lists of foods.
