Hey Susan:
Thanks for the warning about soy.  I'll try to do some research on it since
you've seen something that bad about it.  Seems like there's something
terrible about almost everything we eat!   Makes you wonder about
quitting....

                I would be wary of soy. There is an article in the Journal
of the
                Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation's Health and Healing
Wisdom, Fall 1998
                issue: Soy Isoflavones-Panacea or Poison, which points out
the side effects
                of this soy product. These include breast cancer, delayed
sexual maturation
                and infertility.
