This has been on topic before, several times.
Loren Cordain once pointed out in a post to the Paleodiet list, that
the aluminium in pans and jars and so on, is not bioavailable. Instead
the aluminium left after the fat hydrogenetic processes is bioavailable in
a form that can pass the brain barrier.
