Presumably no more/less paleo than blueberries and supposedly, like
blueberries, is full of antioxidants. Another berry that is gaining
popularity but is harvested from the Amazonian rainforests is the Açai berry
which is said to be the ultimate in antioxidant concentration.

Subject: Goji Berries?

Anyone know whether Tibetan Goji Berries are considered paleo? The glycemic
index is purportedly much lower than raisins and I am searching for a
substitute for my hubby. I tried one of the dried berries at a Whole Foods
display table -- interesting -- kind of tangy/sweet. Thoughts on Goji?
