Reminds me of a couple I know who took a trip to Costa Rica a few years ago.
Completely unprepared for an inland trip, they rented a jeep for a day
journey on unpaved roads which turned in to 2 or 3. They got lost and
finally found a place that would give/sell them some gas and feed them.
They were told the meat was chicken, but it really didn't look like any
recognizable cut of chicken to them. Said it didn't taste bad but was
different. I told them it was probably Iguana they ate, aka "chicken of the
tree" in Costa Rica. LOL.....You should have seen the wretched (or is that
retching) look on their faces.
