Here in Sweden we have very much birch pollen this year. When it started
I had my usual attac for a few days. Then there was two or three rainy days
an I was ok again, and still have very little allergy the sat two weeks
with lots of pollen. It seems that I am less sensitive than before, taking
into account weather and amount of pollen, but far from totally free.
Are You allergic to some fruit, otherwise I dont think it can affect the
allergy. Why do You suspect the fruit sugar? I eat lots of fruit, but I
do not eat hazelnuts and almonds anymore since I have found that I am
probably allergic to them.
I dont think any diet can take away allergy, only make the tolerance
treshold higher (like anything that makes You over all healthier).
