Got another question - what about "oat groats"?  Years ago I used to make a
muesli from them by soaking them overnight, then grinding up with flax seed
and tahini - very chewy, very good ( a health spa recipe).

Are the groats raw?  Have they been hulled?  Anyone else tried them this way
(I noticed that Amadeus said they were *not* to be soaked)
